Limo Owner In Deadly Schoharie Crash Will Take Plea Deal, Serve No Time

Schoharie, N.Y. - The owner of a Limo company whose criminal negligence killed several people will plead guilty this afternoon.

Prestige Limo Operator Nauman Hussain has taken a plea deal and will serve 5 years total probation and 1000 hours community service, for the deaths of 20 people in a Limo crash in Schoharie in October of 2018.

He will not serve any jail time.

Hussain will also never be allowed to own or operate any commercial transportation business.

Among those 20 people killed was an SUNY Oswego professor.
