Investigation Into Officer-Involved In Syracuse Continues

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police are still looking into an officer-involved shooting that left a man in critical condition.

The incident started yesterday after officers were called to investigate a stabbing at the Madison Towers. They arrived to find a man in his 60s who had attacked his roommate and was on the sixth-floor of the building. The man reportedly threatened the officers with a knife, causing at least one of them to open fire.

No Officers were injured. Officers involved are on paid administrative leave, per department policy. The name of the man and the officers haven't been made public yet.
