When Governor Cuomo leaves office later this month, he'll be doing so with the lowest favorability rating of his entire tenure.
According to a new Marist Poll, Cuomo currently has a 28% favorability rating, which is down 22 points from his previous low set back in February. The governor's approval rating is 38%.
