Almost Half Of New COVID-19 Cases In Onondaga County Already Vaccinated

Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon released the newest number regarding COVID-19 in the county.

McMahon reports that there are 65 new cases of COVID-19 in Onondaga County.

He says that 25 % of those cases are travel related and 17% household contact.

McMahon said that 42% of the cases were vaccinated.

The number of people in the hospital is down to 29, 6 still in ICU.

The good news, no new deaths to report.
