Former Staffer Files Criminal Complaint Against Governor Cuomo

Albany, N.Y. - A former staffer who accused Governor Andrew Cuomo of groping her has filed a criminal complaint.

The Albany County Sheriff's office received the complaint and then notified the district attorney's office.

Reports say that the woman who has filed the complaint, is being identified as "Executive Assistant number-one" in the report released last week by the Attorney General Letitia James' office. Attorney General James released the findings of an independent investigation, Tuesday, that found that Cuomo had sexually harassed 11 women.

Since the release of the report, many Republicans and Democrats have asked Cuomo to resign, but he continues to deny all allegations.
