Syracuse Announces New App To Get Help From City Services

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced the launch of a new mobile app and web portal for SYRCityline, the City of Syracuse’s non-emergency reporting system for service requests

Using the mobile app Syracuse residents can let city services know of issues, check progress on repairs, offer direct feedback, and have access to requests submitted by neighbors.

A citywide discovery map allows each residents to pinpoint locations and see at a glance the location and nature of issues being reported to the City.

SYRCityline is now available for free to download from the app stores.

The link to the cityline.syrgov.net web portal can be used to add requests online.
