Attorney General Letitia James Says Cuomo Is Guilty of Sexual Harassment

Albany, N.Y. - AG Letitia James says Governor Cuomo is guilty of sexually harassing current and former female staffers as well as other women.

State Attorney James hired the investigators to conduct the probe after several women accused Cuomo of subjecting them to inappropriate kisses and touching or inappropriate sexual remarks

She said he "violated federal and state law" when he harassed several women, according to the investigation

The most serious allegation made public to date came from a current aide who says Cuomo reached under her blouse and groped her inside his Executive Mansion office in Albany last year.

The AG says Cuomo's administration fostered a toxic atmosphere that cause women to fear coming forward.

Governor Cuomo has denied all accusations.
