State Police have identified the man who was killed in a head-on crash in Onondaga County.
66-year-old Charles Fadale of Illinois was driving on Route 31 near Speach Drive in Lysander earlier this week when his vehicle collided with an SUV. Fadale was taken to the hospital, but was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Two people in the SUV were treated for minor injuries.
