UPDATE 7-20 3:10pm : The victim has been identified as Charles A. Fadale of Downers Grove, Illinois.
Police are continuing their investigation into a head-on crash that killed a man and left two other people injured.
The accident happened Monday night on Route 31 near Speach Drive in Lysander. A 66-year-old man was pulled from his vehicle and given CPR, but was pronounced dead at the hospital. The two other victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
