Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have taken another gun off the street.
During a traffic stop, officers saw a backpack next to the car. A search of the bag found a loaded 9mm handgun. The vehicle's five occupants, Two 19 , two 21 and a 26 year old were arrested and charged with felony weapons charges.
Also, another man a bystander, was arrested on felony weapons charges and Tampering with Physical Evidence after he tried to remove the backpack from the scene with the loaded gun inside.
