Oswego City Council Hiring Legal Counsel To Help With Construction Project

Oswego's Common Council will be hiring more legal counsel to help them in their fight against a controversial construction project.

Mayor Billy Barlow says the counsel will look at the Oswego Port Authority's approval process for the grain storage facility project. On Tuesday, the Port Authority said that construction will be on pause for the next week as the city reevaluates their plans.
