Accused Skyline Killer's Lawyer Asks For More DNA Samples From Crime Scene

There's a new development in the case of an elderly woman who was brutally murdered at Skyline Apartments.

Victoria Afet is accused of killing 93-year-old Connie Tuori earlier this year. Her lawyer is asking for DNA collected from the victim's apartment to be run through a database to see if there are any other suspects in the homicide. Police say that several people went in and out of Tuori's home between the time she was murdered and when her body was found. Prosecutors agreed to the request made by Afet's attorney and DA William Fitzpatrick says anyone who cooperates in the investigation won't be charged with a crime.
