Upstate Medical University Approves Raises For Nurses

Upstate Medical University nurses are getting a boost to their bottom lines for their work during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Raises that will increase their yearly salaries by up to 35-hundred dollars were recently approved. SUNY officials say many employees went above and beyond the call of duty during the crisis, including those who travelled to Long Island to help staff at SUNY Stonybrook.
