Geddes, N.Y. - A long-time staple won't be at the New York State Fair this year.
Gianelli Sausage, won't be returning this year with their signature "stands" near the Midway.
They won't have their Gianelli Dinosaur Bar B Q stand at Chevy Court either.
But fear not! Gianelli Sausage will still be available at the Fair just at other vendor's stands.
We also have learned that Baker's Chicken Coop and Haddock's Paddock have decided they will not return to the 2021 State Fair.
