Geddes, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo was at the New York State Fairgrounds today to announce that the Fair will reopen at 100% capacity. He also said all buildings will be open.
Cuomo says unvaccinated New Yorkers will be asked to wear masks at the State Fai based on the honor system.
