An overnight storm left minimal damage across CNY- even after a tornado warning was briefly issued for the area.
The warning was issued just after midnight after radars picked up activity over Onondaga Lake. Fortunately, no tornados ended up touching the ground, and the warning was cancelled within the hour.
The storm brought heavy rain falling at more than two inches an hour at times.
In Camillus, Part of 174 between Newport and Forward Roads was closed Monday morning. Crews worked to remove debris from a mudslide.
