Syracuse city lawyers have filed another lawsuit against Green National- but the suit isn't about issues at the notorious Skyline Apartments.
Tenants at The James apartment complex are accusing Tim and Troy Green of failing to ensure that smoke detectors worked in their building. Green National is also being accused of failing to provide adequate security measures at The James- a consistent issue that lead to the death of Connie Tuori at her Skyline Apartment earlier this year.
