Oswego, N.Y. -An Oswego woman has been arraigned for pointing a stolen loaded shotgun at a school bus.
Oswego Police officers say that Rita Powers stole the gun and ammo from a home yesterday. She was wandering around with it when she pointed the loaded weapon as the bus passed. There were children on it at the time.
Fortunately, the kids did not see Powers, but the two adults on board did.
She faces numerous felonies including burglary, reckless endangerment, and grand larceny.
