Utica police say the search for a missing toddler has come to an end, and the boy has been found safe.
According to investigators, 17-month-old Arell Outten was found with his uncle, Divone Outten, in Amsterdam late Thursday. Arell had been taken from his grandmother's home in Utica by his uncle, who was supposed to return him to the residence.
