Syracuse's City Hall will reopen on Monday.
It been over a year since people have been allowed inside City Hall, and there are some changes. The main entrance has been relocated to a side door on Market Street, rather than the main doors on Washington Street. The other entrances, including Montgomery Street, will be locked from now on.
A newly installed metal detector and security station will keep an eye on those entering the building.
