Syracuse, N.Y. - Police responded to shots fired this afternoon in the 100 block of Smith Lane. When they got here they found multiple bullet casings.
A short time later, a 29-year-old man was dropped off at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. He's expected to be ok.
