Town of Manlius, N.Y. - Town of Manlius Police are still investigating the deaths of Leah McIrwin and Oscar Sullivan, who were found in their Manlius apartment on Monday.
Police were there after McIrwins's family raised concerns about her whereabouts. They found the two both dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
McIrwin’s death is being ruled a homicide, but they're not yet sure on the manner of death for Sullivan. Police did recover a weapon at the scene.
Police say based on all available information their deaths occurred sometime on Sunday.
