Georgetown, N.Y. - A 31-year-old woman is dead after hitting a tractor-trailer in Madison County.
Deputies say 31-year-old Crystal Savage of Cortland, slammed into a tractor-trailer in Georgetown, around 1 this morning.
Savage and her 29-year-old passenger, Brittney Casler of Cuyler, had to be cut out of the vehicle.
Savage was pronounced dead at the hospital, Casler is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
