Watertown, N.Y. - The 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum is under new leadership.
First Brigade Combat Team Commander Colonel James Eldridge has been relieved of his duties following an investigation stemming from misconduct allegations.
Commanding General Major General Brian Mennes said "we hold our leaders accountable".
Lieutenant Colonel Dwight Towler, will assume command responsibility.
