Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon delivered his State of the County address Wednesday night.
Among his goals for the next two years, McMahon announced a proposal for a $25 million sports complex on Onondaga Lake. He's also planning to expand broadband internet access to rural parts of the county, pave 160 miles of road over the next 2 years, and finishing the Loop the Lake project on Onondaga Lake.
