Preble, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a man after a traffic stop yielded 116 pounds of marijuana.
Troopers say that 23-year-old Mateo Vargas Vega of Flushing NY was observed traveling northbound at a low speed and weaving back and forth.
The trooper who saw him pulled him over, and after searching the vehicle found the pot.
Vega was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
