A Syracuse Police officer was hospitalized following a car chase.
Officers tried to pull over a stolen vehicle on the city's Northside yesterday afternoon, but the driver, Javon Porch, sped off. Porch ended up crashing into a Syracuse Police car and down an embankment. Porch and his passenger, Demari Neely, were both arrested.
