Albany, N.Y. - It looks like another woman is about to come forward and accuse Governor Cuomo of inappropriate behavior.
Attorney Gloria Allred is scheduled to hold a press conference with a New York woman this afternoon.
The woman is reported to have said she was shocked when the Governor suddenly grabbed her face and kissed her in front of her home.
Allred says she has a photo as well to share.
