The Department of Justice says voter rights were violated in Oneida County during the 2020 election.
A notice was filed Wednesday against the county Board of Elections, claiming that two federal voting laws were violated. The race between Congresswoman Claudia Tenney and former Congressman Anthony Brindisi dragged on for months due to countless errors in the election process.
