Syracuse Putting Basketball Hoops Back Up At City Locations

Syracuse, N.Y. -In what is another sign of things getting back to normal.

The City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation & Youth Programs announcing today they will begin the reinstallation of the basketball rims at city parks beginning next week. The rims were taken down in Syracuse and other communities last year to reduce the risk of COVID-19.

The public is strongly encouraged to follow the safety guidelines that will be posted which include wearing face coverings at all times, and social distancing must be observed on and around courts
