Syracuse University is criticizing students for how they celebrated NCAA Tournament wins.
Large groups gathered outside school buildings over the weekend, and many people were seen not wearing masks. SU said that under their Stay Safe Pledge, students must limit gatherings to 10 people and wear masks around people they don't live with. The university has not said whether the students involved in the weekend parties will be punished.
