Gov Cuomo Lowers Eligibilty Age For Covid 19 Vaccine

Mount Vernon, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo making an announcement today, that effective tomorrow, vaccine eligibility is expanding again in New York.

Cuomo said the current window allowing people ages 60 and over to be vaccinated will expand to people 50 and over.

Vaccine appointments will be able to be booked starting Tuesday.

Cuomo said “We are now in a new season,” We are in the season of the spring, and the spring says it’s a time for renewal, rebirth and you can feel it in the air.”
