Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriffs have arrested a 56-year-old Richard Kokoski of Utica man for sending sexually explicit messages to a 10-year-old girl in Canada.
Deputies say the stepfather of the girl saw the messages and notified authorities. After investigators spent weeks pretending to be the girl online the messages turned sexual in nature.
Police arrested Kokoski at his home. He was charged and released.
