Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh says he's exploring legal action against Skyline Apartments following the murder of a 93 year old woman.
Mayor Walsh said city lawyers are looking to either take over or shut down the 12 story building after police found the body of Connie Tuori earlier this week. Hundreds of calls for robberies, assaults, and other crime have been reported to police in just the past year.
