Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police say a person has died after an 8 car crash this morning
Officers responded to W Fayette and West St where they found 8 vehicles and multiple injuries.
The investigation revealed that a car was speeding East on W. Fayette St and struck several vehicles stopped at a red light.
One driver a 49-year-old male died later from his injuries.
