Clay, N.Y. - A teen in Clay is being accused of purposefully setting fire to his home while his parents were still inside.
Fire crews responding to a house fire on Brookhaven Rd yesterday morning were told the teen was still inside the house after his parents were able to evacuate.
The 17-year-old was later caught after crews found his footprints in the snow trailing away from the house.
