Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon will be testifying in front of Congress Wednesday.
McMahon was invited by Congressman John Katko to speak about the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in CNY. The virtual hearing will be attended by all members of the House Homeland Security Committee, of which Congressman Katko is the highest ranking Republican.
