Syracuse, N.Y. - Tonight will be the night that Syracuse Democrats will decide who they want to take on Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh in the Fall election.
Common Councilors Khalid Bey and Michael Greene are both hoping to be the Democratic Committee’s nominee to seek the office.
The committee will hold a virtual vote on who gets the nod tonight.
The party will also choose candidates for several Common Council seats and Onondaga County Legislature seats.
