Health officials in Onondaga County says the area's COVID-19 infection rate has fallen to its lowest point since November.
Less than 2% of people have tested positive over the last week, far below the state's average of over 4%. There were also only 70 new infections reported in Onondaga County on Tuesday. Two more people died, bringing the total since the start of the pandemic to 634.
