The victim of a fatal crash in Madison County has been identified.
52 year old Thomas Benjamin was killed when his car hit a state plow truck on Route 31 in Lenox Tuesday afternoon. Investigators say that Benjamin was attempting to pass the car in front of him, but hit the plow as it was making a turn.
