Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriffs say they have charged a Correction Department Officer with aggravated harassment.
After an internal investigation, 44-year-old Noel Abboud is accused of sending several harassing messages to a contract employee of the Correction Department.
Abboud who is a 19 year veteran with the Sheriff's office, will also face disciplinary action per face New York State Civil Service procedure
