Representative John Katko Refuses To Hold Gun For House Colleague

Washington, D.C. - U.S Representative John Katko was asked to hold a gun for another Congressman.

A report in Huffington Post, says Maryland's Republican Representative Andy Harris tried to take a gun onto the House floor during a House vote. He was stopped after an officer using a metal detector wand found the firearm.

A witness to the incident said "Harris try to get another member to take the gun from him so he could go vote. That person was John Katko. Katko refused to take the gun.

Capitol Police are still investigating the incident.
