Judge Orders Oneida County To Count 1000+ Ballots In NY-22 Race

There's been yet another new development in the ongoing race to see who represents the 22nd Congressional District.

A judge has ordered Oneida County to review over one-thousand ballots cast in the contest involving Democrat Anthony Brindisi and Republican Claudia Tenney. The ballots in question came from people who applied to vote through DMV, but their applications weren't processed by the county before Election Day. The review is expected to be complete by January 27th.
