Onondaga County Preparing For Fewer COVID-19 Vaccinations This Week

Onondaga County is preparing for a much lower supply of COVID-19 vaccines this week.

County Executive Ryan McMahon said that the county has received 900 doses of the vaccine, in comparison to 3600 last week. McMahon explained that the lower numbers are a result of NY state receiving 50K fewer doses than the week prior. He said that anyone who has already made an appointment for this week will still be able to get vaccinated.
