Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriffs have made two arrests in a year-long murder investigation.
20-year-old Jalil Pacheco and 20-year-old Isaiah Moore both of Utica, have been arrested in connection with the murder of Quaheem Holland.
Holland was found dead in an abandoned vehicle in the Town of Whitestown, on January 8th of this year.
Both are charged with second-degree murder.
