The race for the 22nd Congressional District continues as court arguments resumed Monday.
A judge presiding over the race granted both campaigns additional time to file legal documents over disputed ballots. Final vote counts for the race between incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi and challenger Claudia Tenney were due at 4 Monday afternoon. According to that count, Tenney leads by just 12 votes. The winner will be determined after the court processes 2500 disputed ballots within the 8 counties of the 22nd District.
