Onondaga County Could Face "Orange Zone" Restrictions

Parts of Onondaga County could be heading toward more COVID-19 restrictions.

The state says parts of the region are getting closer to being designated as an "orange zone." Some businesses, such as gyms and salons, would be shut down. Schools would also switch to fully-remote learning. County Executive Ryan McMahon announced 207 new infections Sunday, and hospitalizations were up to 103.
