Congressman Anthony Brindisi is steadily moving towards a potential second term in Washington.
After being behind Republican Claudia Tenney by over 28-thousand votes on Election Day, he's now closed that gap to fewer than 300. The Democrat has picked up a massive amount of support during absentee ballot counting. The winner of the 22nd District race may be decided in part by a judge who will rule if some of those mail-in votes are actually valid.
