State Police are now investigating an officer-involved shooting in Madison County.
Madison County Sheriff's Deputies were called to Chittenango Falls State Park yesterday following reports of a man with a weapon. Deputies found 37 year old Timothy Bodley, who threatened officers verbally before raising what appeared to be a handgun. One deputy fired at him, striking him in the leg and abdomen. Bodley is listed in stable condition at the hospital.
