Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have arrested a suspect in an October homicide.
Oct 23rd police responded to the “Parkside Commons” apartment complex, for shots fired but found no victim. Thats when they found out 31 year old Hakeem Phillips was already at a hospital where he died.
23 year old Charles Cox has been arrested and charged him with Second Degree murder and illegal possesion of a weapon.
Cox was on probation at the time of his arrest.
